It has three main functions: neutralizing free radicals, accelerating the skin’s natural synthesis of collagen and reducing the visibility of pigment spots. The damage free radicals can do is something we see every morning when we look in the mirror. They accelerate the skin’s aging process, attack protective cell membranes, and change the structure of the skin’s proteins. Vitamin C, an antioxidant, is able to interrupt chain reactions involving free radicals. It traps them, neutralizing their effects. It can also accelerate the skin’s natural synthesis of collagen, ensuring that skin is firmer. But vitamin C can do even more. It also reduces the visibility of pigment spots by inhibiting tyrosinase, the key enzyme in melanin synthesis. But pure vitamin C is not very stable. To achieve the highest possible efficacy for DERMAFLEECE Collagen Vitamin C, this fleece mask contains ascorbyl glucoside, a vitamin C derivative in stabilized form. It is released during treatment and is gradually split into glucose and active vitamin C by the skin’s natural enzymes. The delayed release of the vitamin C achieves a retardant effect that ensures long-lasting nourishment of the skin. DERMAFLEECE Collagen Vitamin C offers optimum protection for the skin from free radicals and premature aging. FLEECE MASK FOR DEMANDING SKIN

Main Active Substance

• Collagen: Moisturizing and moisture-binding, lifts the skin
• Ascorbyl (vitamin C) glucoside: Neutralizes free radicals, supports the skin’s natural collagen synthesis and inhibits formation of melanin.

Instructions

Cleanse the area of the skin to be treated, apply an active concentrate, and ensure that the skin is oil-free. Place Collagen Vitamin C on the skin and moisten, preferably with Mask Activator. Leave on for approximately 20 to 30 minutes to take effect, then remove the mask in one piece. Gently press any moisture remaining on the surface of the skin into the skin to absorb. Treatment can be continued with a massage cream, cream mask and/or finishing product.
