Joining the Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong membership

• Membership at Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong is free and can be signed up through our website at www.janssen-cosmetics.hk.
• We reserve the right to cancel any memberships at our sole discretion.
• With the membership, your every purchase on Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong online shop at www.janssen-cosmetics.hk will earn JC points. See below for our Membership Tier Overview:

• Annual cumulative spending only includes the member’s spending at Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong official online store, counted from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
• Upon reaching the minimum spending requirement for tier upgrade, the your membership will be upgrade and remain valid until December 31^st or for one year, whichever is loner.
• Silver/Gold members unable to meet the minimum spending requirement will be downgraded to the next lower tier and remain valid until December 31^st.
• All gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• New product previews, pre-sales, and limited product orders will be held from time to time, please refer to the member newsletter for details.
• In case of any disputes, Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong reserves the right for final decision.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate any member’s account at any time, with or without cause.
• You may also choose to terminate the member’s account at any time by sending us your notification in writing.
• Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn any JC points and points exchange, gifts rewards.

General Terms

• We may update these Member Program Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

Terms and Conditions for JC Points Reward

1. JC Points remain valid as long as the account does not go past 12 months without purchase activities.  Accumulated designated JC Points can be used to redeem gifts, and product spending includes all products and product vouchers (subject to periodic offer).
2. JC Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3. If a Member requests a refund for the product, the JC Points will be deducted from the Member’s account. The exchanged product must be returned together with the refunded product.
4. Each person can only redeem a maximum of 6 pieces of the same gift, and a maximum of 2 pieces of the same limited/limited edition product.
5. If the original gift is sold out, Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong will replace it with another gift of equal value without prior notice.
6. Any redeemed product voucher is valid for 3 months and can only be used for regular-priced purchases.
7. The number of gifts redeemed with JC Points is limited, while stocks last. Redemption products are non-returnable.
8. Redemption of JC points and other privileges is only applicable to Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong.
9. In case of any disputes, Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong reserves the right for final decision.
