Delivery Policy
Online Purchase
1. All orders must be placed through our Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong secure online ordering system at www.janssen-cosmetics.hk, orders can be placed 24/7.
2. If for any reason the transaction cannot be completed, please re-login and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service for assistance.
3. Our website accepts the following payment methods:
· Online payment, including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, FPS, Alipay and WeChat Pay (desktop browser). If payment is made by credit card, the purchaser must be the credit card holder.
4. If the payment fails, it may be due to the issuing bank’s system, the credit card information entered incorrectly, or insufficient credit balance. Please contact your card issuing bank for assistance.
5. Once the order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified; except if it is caused by system error (e.g. out-of-stock issues due to system or temporary conditions).
6. If there is any unposted or unsuccessful transaction, the transaction will be deemed to be cancelled.
7. Upon successful completion of the transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email with the confirmed order information.
8. If the order amount is HK$500 or above, the shipping fee will be waived. If the order amount is less than HK$500, we will send the goods to the address by freight collect.
9. The website product images may be slightly different from the purchased product.
10. After the completion of the purchase transaction, the company shall not be liable for any legal liabilities. The goods will not be returned or exchanged.
11. Deliveries will only be made to the address provided at checkout.
12. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
13. All returns are subject to our General Return Policy, available on our website.
14. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

16. Only the amount spent on online orders is applicable to Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong Online Shop’s membership program offers, including the amount required for membership bonus points and membership upgrades.
17. To protect the rights and interests of members, Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong Online Shop membership and online ordering accounts are only provided for the registered members, and each member can only have one Janssen Cosmetics Hong Kong Online Shop membership and online ordering account.
18. Million Way Investments Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Service without prior notice.
19. Online orders are for non-commercial personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes. In case of any disputes, the decision of Million Way Investments Limited shall be final.
20. Million Way Investments Limited reserves the right to cancel any suspicious orders.
Delivery arrangement
1. Currently, we only provide delivery service to Hong Kong SAR region (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands). We do not support overseas or other regions’ deliveries at the moment.
2. The product will be delivered to the designated address in about 3-7 working days. However, it cannot be ruled out that the delivery time may be affected by festive seasons (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). When Gale Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, the delivery service will be delayed. All goods will be delivered as planned and to the best of our ability, subject to the delivery notification SMS sent by “S.F. Express”.
3. If you are unable to receive the goods as scheduled due to your personal reasons, please contact S.F. Express to make further arrangements, and S.F. Express may charge an additional administrative fee. If you fail to re-arrange delivery within 2 weeks from the date of receipt, we may cancel your order and no refund will be issued due to the failure to make delivery arrangements.
4. You can choose “Pick-up at S.F. point” or “Delivery Service”.
5. If you choose ” Pick-up at S.F. point “: S.F. Express provides up to 90 self-pickup locations for selection, and during business hours, please visit S.F. Station Website: S.F. Express will send a “Pickup Notification” to your mobile phone number before it is ready for pickup. Please pick up the parcel within the time limit, if the pick-up is overdue, S.F. Express will charge a storage surcharge to the customer, all related delivery matters please check with S.F. Express by yourself, the company will not check and change any delivery arrangements on behalf of the customer.
6. If you choose “Delivery to Home Service”:
· Please ensure that the recipient’s phone number and delivery address provided when ordering are correct for delivery.
· Please do not use a P.O. Box as your delivery address.
· Delivery service is not available in the following areas: warehouses, logistics centres, airports, container terminals, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, Asia World-Expo.
If the delivery address is a residential area, S.F. Express will call to make an appointment for delivery arrangement before shipment. If you have any enquiries, please contact S.F. Express by yourself, and the company will not make any further arrangements.
