Return and Refund Policy

If an unused regular-priced item purchased from our website is damaged or defective, you can contact us to request a return. However, we do not accept returns for items that have already been opened.

For unopened regular-priced item returns, please WhatsApp +852 9578 7661 or email order@millionway.com.hk to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receiving the package and explain the return requirements.

1. You may return any unused, unopened item with all accessories within 3 days of delivery for exchange to another item or full refund at our discretion.

2. Shipping must be prepaid at the time of return. We are unable to accept cash on delivery.

3. The payment will be refunded in the same manner as is used for payment.

4. If the order you wish to return comes with a gift, the gift must be returned with it. If the gift is not returned with the original item, your refund will not be processed.

5. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Products returned to the seller must be in the same condition as when they were originally shipped, with no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration by the buyer. Any products that show evidence of manmade damage, such as physical abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications, will not be eligible for return or refund. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for products that have been damaged by the buyer or a third party under the buyer’s control. Buyers are responsible for exercising reasonable care when receiving, handling, and using the purchased products.

7. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or replacement.

8. The product can only be returned or exchanged once, if the same product is not in stock, it can be processed as a refund according to the situation.

9. If you order a product on this website and feel unwell after use, you can apply for a return or exchange at any time, provided that the following conditions are met:

– Provide a medical report issued by a specialist 

– the date of issuance of the medical report is within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.

– The diagnostic report clearly states that the discomfort is caused by the product; In any of the above cases, we will refund the corresponding payment and bear the shipping costs incurred due to the return and exchange.

10. It will take 1 to 3 weeks (from the date of receipt of the return) for the return process, and the customer will be notified of the details after the return process is completed.

11. If you order a product on this website and it is returned due to unknown delivery address (including name, address and telephone information), P.O. Box, hotel address, no one to receive the item after multiple deliveries, inability to contact the recipient, etc., we will deduct the original shipping and handling fee (15% of the total amount of the product) from the refund, and the remaining amount will be refunded according to the refund process. We can re-ship the returned product for you, but you will need to pay the shipping costs again.

12.  Million Way Investments Limited will not be responsible for any damage caused after the delivery of the product.

13. If the item or quantity of the product does not match the order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately on the day of delivery.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  • We will issue you a return authorization number and provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
  • Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
  • Ship the return to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
